Purpose, Scope , Basis and Definitions

Definitions

PART TWO

Built or renovated Permissions and Tracking

Permission to build or refurbishment

ARTICLE 5 - ( 1) This regulation is within the scope of ships and vessels built or Alteration of ships and watercraft to start the Administration the owner or his representative is allowed .

Maintenance and Repair

ARTICLE 8 - ( 1) the owner or his representative , GT and over 300 ships and vessels in the Annex to this Regulation for the maintenance and repair activities , Appendix 8 Ship or Water Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Data Sheet provides information on the Regional Directorate or the Port Authority . PART THREE

Authority and Responsibility

The representative of the owner of the vehicle or vessel and responsibilities of water

b) the appointment of the control engineer for the construction of ships and water crafts ,

ARTICLE 13 - ( 1) the owner or representative of the ships and vessels built, renovated or bakımonarım stages ;

c) The facility owner or its representative in case of change of built or renovated during the period of the Administration of information ,

d) vessel and the water truck to be built in place all the necessary safety measures in their respective areas , the Administration is responsible.

 

Powers and responsibilities of the control engineer

ARTICLE 14 - ( 1) The control engineer , build or refurbishment stage of ships and vessels ;

a) According to the project been built or modified ,

b) details of the implementation of prescribed material and workmanship ,

c) Payments under the supervision of an expert surveyor or project engineer will do a classy inclination to attend as an observer test ,

d) taking measures 'll demand that the administration ,

d) to perform periodic inspections foreseen by the administration to notify in advance the Administration ,

e) The project is located to the documents , which does not build or refurbishment of ships and watercraft owner or his representative being notified of the Administration and on behalf of the shipyard , the Administration is responsible.

 

2 ) Control Engineer , within the same period or up to a maximum total of 2000 GT'luk build tool and the amendment of five vessels and water as a control engineer has the authority to study .

 

SECTION FOUR

Miscellaneous and Final Provisions

Alteration of ships and watercraft decided

4 ) This regulation is within the scope of the relevant provisions, Pursuant to

a ) the building or renovation , or Amendment, which continues to build without permission ,

b ) the building or renovation or refurbishment completed built without permission ,

c) constructed or modified without the necessary controls are built or renovated ,

d) under the Recreational Craft Directive Recreational Craft Directive outside the scope of the boats built in the period , resulting in

Repealed Regulations

ARTICLE 19 - ( 1) published in the Official Gazette No. 25869 dated 08.07.2005 and Water Means of Ship Building, Renovation , Maintenance and Repair repealed Regulation on the Procedures and Principles .
